This latch does not work so how do we repair it since it is internal?
And IF we get that fixed we will need 1 hook as 1 is missing.

Hello,
Looking at the "stamped" number on your keeper, it indicates that you have the 38-134 keeper used on Marvin windows.
With that being said, I'm not sure what locking handle would go with it. If you could send us a few more photos of your handle removed from the window, that would give us a better idea of what you need and if it is still available. However, be careful you don't damage it or the window. Thank you.
