As per my previous email this is the picture of my window with the handle in place.
The handle does not open and close the window.
Please let me know if there is any other information needed.

Hello,

It sounds like the operator gearing may be stripped out. You'll probably have to replace it. We can help, but we'll need to see a picture of the operator fully removed from the window. Specifically, we need a one clear shot of the hole pattern and one clear shot of the link arm. Thank you!

I'm afraid this photo does not show me the link arm. We need the operator fully removed from the window in order to see it. I also cannot make out the hole pattern. I apologize for the inconvenience.
