Thanks for reaching out to us! Your casement window operator reminds me of our 39-032 EntryGard Dual Arm Operator; the opposite handed version is the 39-031. To confirm that this is the correct replacement, you'll need to carefully look over the dimensions below and compare them.
These operators are compatible with the 39-107 Truth Hardware operator Cover used along with either 39-114L non-folding or 39-205 folding crank handles. There is also the option of purchasing a complete folding operator kit, part 39-107FK.
You'll notice that our operator has a link arm with a downward offset, whereas yours has an upward offset. We've received mixed feedback about this affecting the installation. For some, this did not affect it, for others it did. That said, we do have a solution that may help to rectify this but it would include using the old link arm.
