No markings or identifiers but I think it's PGT??
Looks like a tiny part of the plastic snapped off when adjsuting the height. Does the frame need to be dismantled to install a replacement roller?

I think this style of roller requires the entire corner assembly replaced..correct??

In the case of the 84-152, that's usually the case, yes. However there are corners of a similar design where the roller component is separate and can be replaced without disassembling the frame. It really depends on what type you have.
