I have a 45" window that needs the same parts; I just do not know which ones.

Hello,
We'd be happy to help but we are not able to identify your coil balance with the hardware still installed. We would need to see the coils and pivot shoe fully removed to compare to our inventory. You'll also need the number stamped on the coil spring to choose the corresponding strength option. See the videos related on this page to assist you.
