We can help supply replacements for this part but it will have to be a custom order due to the pulley wheel built into the bottom fitting itself, as well as an extended cord travel and a metal channel length of 26-5/8". I'll just need a bit more information to get this moving for you. Can you show us unobscured photos of the top and bottom fittings along with the metal clip at the end of the pulley cord? I'm afraid the tape measure is covering most of those details. Can you also confirm how many balances you'd like to order?
