Pictures of channel balance

Question

I have two non-tilt window channel balances I need to replace. I do not know the brand, but the numbers on them are 27-3 and 27-5. In reviewing the parts on your website, I believe the tops match part 19-005 and the shoes are 15-001, but I don't see that you offer channel balances with those configurations.

Thank you for posting! Can you confirm that these balances are in two different windows? If they're in the same window, I will need to know the weight of the sash. Two balances in the same window should not have different stamps.

If they are in two different windows, then that's not a problem. The balance series you need is our S395. Check specifically the S395-28. You will need to order balances the 2750 and the 2730 options
