Pictures of existing door handle

Question

Center to center is 3-15/16, the door width is 1 inch it has a clamp style lock. There are no identifying part #'s. If you need more info please let me know. Thanks

I'm sorry to say that we don't have this type of clamp lock with a 3-15/16" hole spacing. The best match we have in our inventory is the 82-009A, which has a 4-15/16" hole spacing. This can still work for you but it would require drilling a new hole.
