Pictures of top sash guide

Picture of the 5/8 Top Sash Guide installed and still functional on my window. The measurements are:

Top(left to right) on picture = 13/16 of one inch

Distance from Top to screw hole = 5/8 inches

Height of Sash = 1 and 3/4 inches

Please indicate which would be the closest Sash from your list (by identifying number) so I can order 10 ot them. Thanks.
