It looks like you need new wool pile. I can't make out what you have from these photos, but you can see our complete selection here. See if any of our products here match up to your original.

Our piece is a 6'9" strip on the patio screen door. It is plastic and the piece is on the opposite side of the handle. Is it possible to send a piece to you?

I'm sorry to say that we can't accept samples at the moment. We're all working from home due to the quarantine and I wouldn't be able to get anything mailed to our office.

If nothing in the selection I linked you to matches what you have now, we may still be able to help. I'll need you to show me a clear picture of the end profile. I'll also need detailed dimensions. The video below will go into more detail.
