We've seen this Mepla hinge before. I'm not sure if an exact replacement is still available, but we carry a variety of corner cabinet hinges that may be worth considering. You can start with our 32-344 large opening cabinet hinge, as well as our 32-346 bi-fold type hinge. Look over the specifications on both product pages to see if you could use either of these for your repair.
