Pie door Hinge

Question

I need help either replacing this pie door hinge on face frame or finding a an equivalent better part. As markings I see a flower shape object on the door side of the hinge. Also a HO and 300 on plate and B112 and H3 on the frame face plate.

Take a look at the 32-344 large opening hinge and the 32-349 soft close hinge. See which hinge matches up best to yours. I think you may be able to use one of these, but you'll have to judge for yourself.
