Piece along bottom of window

Question

The vinyl piece you use to pull the window up broke on my window. The window is 30" wide. It's a vinyl window. Can you tell me what part I need?

Thanks for posting. It appears the part of the sash you are searching for is a built in sash lift. We are not able to provide you with a replacement, unfortunately. It is part of the window framing and we do not carry the framing, manufacture, windows are sell them.

You'll need to contact the window manufacturer for guidance on how to get that part of your sash replaced.
