Piece that keeps Channel Balance (S380-37) in its track

A home owner from Mitchellville, MD says:
I have a two-piece casement window with the lower casement that slides up to open and down to close. The broken piece is at the top of the lower casement and the piece ensures that the channel balance stays in place when the window is being opened or closed.

Thank you for reaching out to us. We see that you have a slide load Rollyson window. With that being said, the top sash guides we believe you need are our 18-124P. Please take a look and let us know your thoughts.
