Hello. I'm in need of weather stripping that looks like this for my windows. Im not sure if it's the same. Mine is all dry and rotted. Could I send a piece to you? Will you be able to tell me if you have the same or something that I can replace it with. If so ...can you send an address to send it to. Thank You so much.

Thanks for reaching out! I'm sorry to say that we do not accept mailed samples to our warehouse. I understand that this process may be tedious especially given then fact that your part seems to be extremely damaged, however, I'm sure we can get you set up with the right replacements.
If you can find any piece of this wool pile that might still be in tact, we'll be in good shape.
To determine the right replacement, I'll need to know the width of the base of your wool pile strip as well as the height of the pile.

I did the best I could (for an old lady). The width of the base is 1/8 of an inch. The pile is 1/4/inch high. Hope this makes sense. Thank You.

May I also see an end profile view of the wool pile. I know that this might be a bit difficult given the parts are damaged, however, this will be the last bit of information I'll need to to ensure we are providing you with the right replacements.
