Pin for support arm

Question

on an identical window the pin (that the pen is pointing on) broke off and the arm is free floating and the window opens crooked.

Unfortunately we are not able to supply an individual pin replacement for this hinge. The best we can provide is replacing the full hinge set up. Start by taking a look at the 36-048 2-bar hinge set to see how it compares to your original. Please note that the top and bottom hinges would need to be replaced at the same time.
