Pin for tilt window

I recently purchased your spiral balance tool, but now I need the bottom pins for the window. I also need to purchase at least three of these bottom pins. For some reason, the red button will not allow me to submit photos.

Thank you. I went back to your website and found the right page for the pivot bars, and ordered a bunch. I've really appreciated your assistance. I live in a mobile home park and will alert other residents where they can obtain window parts.
