Hello! I think we may be able to help. Before I recommend anything, can you tell me the diameter of the pin and the diameter of the white cap? That will help me find something in the right size.

Thanks. It looks like you gave me their lengths, but I need to know their diameters. It's important that I find a pin that fits in the same holes as this pin, which I can't do without diameter. Let me know when you can get that to me.

That's just one dimension. Is that for the pin or the pin cap? I need to know the diameter of both. Please specify which one is which, as well.

We're getting there. Can you double check those diameters? For the Cap diameter, please be sure to measure both the inner and outer diameter. Also, is there any brand label on the door? That also would help.
