Your pivot shoe resembles the 15-111 style that is compatible with the 1/2" thick Series 160 or the 3/8" thick Series 165 coil springs. Please compare measure to confirm the best fit.

The coils should have a number stamped on the metal that indicates the weighted option needed. If there are no markings present, please provide the weight of the window sash to move forward. 

For the pivot bar, I do not recognize this style at first sight. Your original reminds me of the 26-241 style, but it does not have the extra extension. Can you show us how it installs into the window sash?
