Take a look at the 79-134 RH Commercial Storefront Offset Pivot set, used on PITCO & PPG brand doors. This looks like the pivot set you are looking for. Carefully review and compare the dimensions for the mounting hole measurement, from center to center, to see if they match up to the pivot you are trying to replace.
