Identifying and Removing a Pivot bar

Hey I need a double hung window pivot. I was able to remove the broken one but I have since lost it. I am having no luck getting the non broken exemplar out. Can you identify the pivot from the pictures? The first hole is 1-13/32, the second hole is 2-3/8 from the end.

I think we can help, yes. Based on the dimensions you gave us, and the style of the tip, I think our our 26-226 is a very promising candidate. Look it over and let me know if you agree.

As for getting the old ones out, it's very likely that they're held in mostly by corrosion at this point. I would soak those screws in WD-40 for a few hours, even overnight, and see if that loosens them up.
