My window is United window and door Series 800 DH/SL. You could see broken piece of metal that holds the balance rope.

Thanks for posting. The shoe resembles our 15-135, but you will have to carefully compare the dimensions we show to your own to confirm. I cannot tell what your exact dimensions are based on these images.

I'm afraid I cannot determine the thickness or width of your shoe based on this image. You will have to remove the shoe from the window entirely to get a more accurate measurement. Check out the video below to see how you could take out your shoe.
