Hey guys, I've ordered from you before but it's been a while, anyways I have a part here on my window that I am having trouble finding and it's not on your list. Hopefully you can help. No name on window, part or sash or glass, nothing. Slim line DH in block opening looks like from box store. I looked through my 30 years of parts and didn't come close also looked at your list and nothing matched. I didn't take measurements but can, but it's your typical 3 inch pewter pivot arm. Let me know.

However, you might want to consider the 26-438, as previous customers have successfully used it as a substitute. If you could upload a photo of your pivot shoe, we could confirm whether the 26-438 would be a suitable fit.
