these shoes are fitted with the item #26-306 pivot bar. I need the part # or at least , the manufacturer

I'm afraid these shoes are no longer available separately. You will need an all new balance. I can't tell based on these pictures what you have, but it could be either the Series 860 arrow balance or the Series 775 channel balance.
