Pivot Bar

Question

I have a double hung window that was installed about 15 yrs ago and now my upper sash window has 2 broken pivot bars. I have attached a picture of one of them, is it possible you can match these?

I have come up with two possible replacement pivot bars: our 26-400, and 26-412. Look both of these items carefully and let us know if either one of these are a match to your pivot bar.
