Pivot Shoe Cam Issue

Thanks for writing in. This is an old Silverline pivot shoe that hasn't been made in a long time. You can use our 15-192, but it has a different slot in the cam. The best solution is to re-use the old cams in the new pivot shoe, if possible. Let me know your thoughts.
