Pivot Bar

I am looking for a replacement for the pivot bar in the image provided. I am not sure of the brand of windows that are installed in our home. There are no markings on the pivot bar. It has two screw holes.

The windows are supposedly Harvey Windows. Probably installed in 2006. Any information provided would be great. Thanks.
