Hello, I have certainteed windows in the townhouse that I live in. The complex was built 20 years ago. the Sash Pivot Bar that I have broke. On the bottom of the one I have it says 103-2. Is is the same on that you sell online? I need to replace this part as I can't keep my window up. Length is 2.5 height is a little under 1 inch.
Please let me know your thoughts.

Your pivot bar was discontinued so we don't have an exact match but CertainTeed designed the 26-175 to specifically replace it. The video below will explain more in detail. Take a look and see what you think!
