Hello! I have seen this pivot bar before, but it is unfortunately not made anymore. The best option we have is our 26-360. You'll note right away that it lacks the same offset as your original, but that should actually be totally fine. A straight pivot bar will work the same way. I'm mostly concerned about hole placement. I recommend looking over our 26-360 dimensions to verify that they all line up.

As for the balance, it's tough to make out from your photo but I think this might be our Series 770. Check it out and let me know what you think!
