The part shown in your photos resembles the 26-449 pivot bar. The determining factor would be how the dimensions below compare to yours. Take a look and thanks for posting!

Thank you for your response. The only measurement that seems off is the 3/8" ours is more like 1/2". Would this one still work or is there anything else that is closer to the 1/2"?

Since our pivot bar is a bit smaller, it should still fit in your pivot shoe cam but feel free to get back to us with a photo of your pivot shoe to help determine if our pivot bar would be compatible.

Looking for the screws that go with the 26-449 pivot bar.

The screws that you need would depend on the size of the installation holes and the size of the sash frame. If you are not able to reuse the original screws for some reason, I would recommend bringing one to a local hardware store so that they can match you up with a replacement.
