I was wondering if you carried a pivot bar like the attached photo for an old Owens Corning Window?

Hi there Jess.
Thanks for reaching out to us. Unfortunately, Owens Corning no longer makes windows. I was told they still make vinyl extrusions for other window companies. Regarding the pivot bar, former employees don't remember where it was made. I suggest using a 26-395 aluminum corner tilt bar and modifying it to fit your window sash. Please review the specifications and see what you think.
