Pivot Bar

Vinyl double hung window. Top sash is stationary, only bottom sash tilts. The pivot bar has 3 holes but only the single hole on the end is used and is threaded. My pivot shoe is 15-213

Any new info? code 26-424 is not quite right. The holes are not in the proper place.

Take a look at SWISCO product code 26-428, this looks closer to your original pivot bar.
