Not sure of 26-336 will replace my pivot bar

Question

I need this pivot bar.
It is 3-1/4" long and 1/4" to 5/16" in width.
and also the part that sticks out from the side of the window frame is 13/16...
Regarding your 26-336, the only thing that worries me is where the rounded flat part is I would rather it just be straight.

Yes, you have the old style Simonton pivot bar that has been discontinued. Simonton made changes on the mold and your style is no longer made. Chances are, the new style will fit into the window cam, but if not you can always just grind or file down the collar on the new pivot bar so that it does. I have done that as an emergency backup plan in the past and it worked well.
