Pivot Bar I guess?
Thanks for posting. I'm confident we can help, but this type of pivot shoe cam can work with a number of different pivot bars. It depends as much on the configuration of your window. The only reliable way to ID what you need is to show us one of your old pivot bars, preferably undamaged, from a window in the house that still has them. We will do our best to ID what you need from there. Also see the videos I have listed on this page that detail how to remove and replace pivot shoes.
I found one windows that has one side of pivot bar.
But unfortunately it seems cannot just take the window out.
In your "How to replace damaged pivot bar" vidoe, the pivot shoes has an exit at the top, but as you see in my picuture I dont. Im not sure how can I take it out.
and my window frame doesnt have a hole to take out the pviot shoe.
Thanks
You can still take the sash out of your frame with this style of shoe. You just have to make sure to twist as you tilt the sash forward; this will force one shoe to be higher than its opposite side partner, which allows the pivot bar to slip out. The video below will show you exactly how this is done at the 00:28 second mark.
