This is the metal part found underneath the bottom sash that gets right in the pivot lock shoe purchased last week (15-179 / 9/16" thick)

Thanks for posting. See our 26-352 to start. Carefully compare the specifications listed on the product page, particularly the distance between the mounting hole(s) and the tip of the pivot bar, with the dimensions of your old part. Let us know if you think this might work for you.
