Pivot Bar ID

A home owner from Glen Rock, New Jersey says:

These windows bought/installed in 2004. Dealer/installer no longer associated with Ply Gem and no longer has this part. It's a metal guide that attaches to the window sash. Number on it is S254 and at the far end the number 2. See photos for better description.
