We don't have an exact match for this pivot bar, but start by looking at our 26-422. Go over all the dimensions, particularly the shape of the tip that fits into the pivot shoe and the distance between that tip and the mounting holes, and see if you think you could use this as a replacement.

thank you! In the second pic of 26-422, it looks like it has a protrusion, is that the case or is that side completely flat?

The protrusion may not matter, but if it does you could attempt grinding it down. Come to think of it though, a better match might be our 26-327. It has a very similar design as your old pivot bars, the only issue being that offset though. Honestly though, in many cases we have found that offset doesn't affect window function at all. Look it over and see if you think this might be the better match.
