Pivot Bar ID

Double hung windows with broken pieces. Pictures attached.

I see something you have is similar. Can you tell me if they will work

Not sure how many I will need. I will discuss with others in our condo unit and see if they are in need.

So glad to find your company.

Thanks,

Melinda

Hey Melinda. Thanks for the kind words. Unfortunately, I wish I had better news to give you! This exact pivot bar I believe was discontinued some time ago and is no longer available. There are two potential replacements I want you to look at: our 26-310 and 26-402. You'd have compare the dimensions to see if either could work as a replacement for your old pivot bars, but even then I believe you'd likely need to drill new holes to install either. Be careful if you do this to not hit the glass while drilling. Also, if you'd like, send us a picture of your pivot shoe. That will at least give us an idea if either of these pivot bars could work.

Thank you for responding. I'm concerned what I can do to fix these windows.
Here is a photo of the pivot shoe. I hope this will help.

Perhaps I can be of some assistance. I believe the pivot bar is likely the 26-402. For the pivot shoe, yours looks closely like the 15-188, which is 1-1/4" wide by 1/2" thick. I see your balance cord is using a 15-043 terminal clip that is usually on the Series 770 Channel Balances.  balance system. Look these balances over and see if they match what you need.

Thank you so much. You are so attentive. I will reccomend you're company for sure.
