I need several pivot bars: 5/16" wide 2 7/8" long Holes @ 1 1/4" and 2" from head Head slightly expanded to look similar to a nail, with a flat spot following the head

Start by looking at our 26-405 or 26-498. Compare both pivot bars with your old hardware and see if either of them could work for you.
