The pivot bar you show in your photo is the old style. Take a look at our newer 26-129. Notice the end which goes into the tilt shoe in the window track has a added piece to it. You would have to file that off so that it would fit into your existing tilt shoe.
Alternatively, you could simply replace your old tilt shoe with one that has the open top cam, like the 15-188, for example. If you do want to replace the pivot shoe, remove yours from the window and send us a photo of it so we can help you identify the appropriate replacement. I would also need you to tell me the width and thickness.
