Pivot Bar Identification

Hello, I need help finding a replacement pivot bar. This one is 0.5x2.5 in. Thank you!

I'm afraid I've never seen this part before. Can you confirm that this is a pivot bar? This is huge by pivot bar standards, and I can't see how it would interface with the pivot shoe. Would it be possible to see a photo of this installed? Can you also show me the pivot shoe that it pairs with?
