Pivot Bar Replacement

A quick learner from USA says:
Good Morning, I ordered a Pivot True Pivot Bar 26-030 for a vinyl window that does not quite fit. The broken bar is 2 3/4" long with two round holes 1" apart and a "head" similar to the 26-030. It appears that Swisco used to have a part #26-383 that might do the trick but it is not now listed. Have any suggestions? Thanks

Attached is a photo of the one that broke (2 3/4" long with holes at 1" o.c.). The pivot bar that was sent to me was a bit too short for the "tail end slot" to fit but the head of it was fine. I appreciate your assistance on this.

Thanks for posting. See our 26-226. Look over the dimensions and see if this is a better match. Keep in mind though that the overall length of the pivot bar doesn't really matter; there is theoretically plenty of room in the bottom of the sash for as long a pivot bar as you need. More important is the style of the tip that fits into the pivot shoe, as well as the distance between that tip to the center of the mounting hole(s). Also keep in mind that both mounting holes don't have to align; you only need one to match for the pivot bar to work. Let me know what you find.
