Pivot Bar Replacement

Here are a few photos of the piece I am looking for. There is "265D" stamped into the piece. Also on the other side there is a "7" stamped in.

Length ? 2 ½"
Hole spacing ? 1"
Width ? 5/16"
Thickness ? 3/16"
Screw Length ? ½"

On your website I see Product Code: 26-021. This looks like the piece but the screw holes seem to be off compared to my piece. Any thoughts?

After further browsing your products, Product Code: 26-454 looks like the piece with the dimensions I am looking for. Correct?
