Hello,
These are the pivot bars currently on my windows and the majority are broken. I ordered the 26-402 : Side Mount Pivot Bar which looked perfect but the pivot piece that inserts is a bit too wide. Any suggestions would be greatly appreciated.

I'm sorry to hear our part didn't work for you. To be honest, the 26-402 was the first part to come to my mind when I saw your photos. If that didn't work then I'm at a bit of a loss.
Before we go any further, can you show me a photo of the shoe it goes into? That may give me the clue I need to find a replacement.
