Thanks for writing in. It's a bit difficult to say what pivot bar you need without seeing an undamaged version. It's possible you could use either our 26-030 or 26-226, but it will depend on the dimensions. Go over them and see what you think. I am afraid we don't carry a case for either of these pivot bars.
