Pivot Bar from upper window sash

A quick learner from Ambler, PA says:
Hi- could you help me identify this part? These two bars broke out of the pivot of an upper window sash (the tilting kind).

The bar is identified with the number 1074, the holes are about 3/4" apart.
Thanks!!

Greetings from Swisco.com. Your pivot bar looks like it may be compatible with our 26-412 pivot bar. Confirm that our measurements match up with yours.

A quick learner from Ambler, PA says:
That's a match, thank you Paul!
