Pivot Bar for MI windows double hung windows

Your pivot bar reminds me of the part shown in another customer's post, which you can view here. I would recommend removing an undamaged pivot bar to confirm that your window uses the same part. If so, unfortunately, we haven't been able to locate an exact replacement but take a look and see if the 26-360 that one of our experts mentioned might work for you as well. Thanks for posting!
