Pivot Bar and Lock

Hello. It looks like I ordered the wrong item. The one on the right is the one I need. The one on the left is the one I received from you. Can you please help me get this sorted out?

I am including some more pictures (of other side). It looks like the right piece except for the distance between the holes.. which I am not sure if these holes actually do anything... Maybe you can get a better idea than me. Thank you

Regarding a completely different item, I would like to replace the broken keeper (pictures attached). Would you have anything that could work? Thanks again,
