Pivot Bar and Pivot Balance Shoe for Spiral Balance on Single Hung Window

I am having trouble finding a Pivot Balance Shoe for a Spiral Balance on a Single Hung Window. I plan to replace the spral balances as well. I have two windows to repair.- The Pivot Bar is an exact match to your part number 26-424- The Pivot Balance Shoe is the same dimensions as the 9/16" version of 15-220 but appears that it is not made for a spiral balance.

I'm having trouble finding this part as well. This is a very old fashioned design. Before we go any further, can you confirm that the width is 31/32"? That is in itself an odd size. Can you also verify that the hole positions we list for the 26-424 match yours exactly?

Worst case scenario, I'm thinking we just set you up with a new pivot shoe that actually works with spiral balances along with a new pivot bar that works with that shoe. As long as they all fit it should be fine.
