Pivot Bar and balancer

ThermalGard windows. Balancer appears to be approximately 22" long and has a turquoise color tip. Price, availability and part number. Also, does the tip of the pivot bar go into the slot or locking piece of the pivot shoe, or just into the opening?

Hello from SWISCO. The balance system I believe will work for you is our S600-22 spiral balance with a blue tip.

For your pivot shoe, could you send us a photo of the shoe in a clearer view? We also would need a photo of the pivot bar at the bottom.
